I saw this on the Chronicle of Higher Education discussion forum and liked it.

When I do something hard, or something that makes me feel proud of myself, I'll note it; I invite you to do the same in comments.


Today I am proud of myself because . . .

  • June 7 -- I gathered up my courage and called UT President DiPietro's office to ask for a meeting with UCW members.
  • June 13 -- I just sent an email to my group that read, "One of the maintenance guys just came by to let me know there won’t be any hot water in the building tomorrow, June 14." I refrained from adding, "We have always been at war with Eastasia."

Today I am proud of myself because I finished the sheet music pages for the sheet music songbook that will go with the album and I finished this round of mastering tweaks.
