* Create crisp images; imagine your key points being rebroadcast.

* Craft a rallying cry like "Yes We can!"

* Coordinate key phrases in the presentation with press materials

* Use catchy words / phrases

* Make it memorable; repeat it more than once, pause while saying it to allow audience to write down, show it on a slide to reinforce visually

* Imitate a famous phrase

My place of employment has been doing this religiously for over ten years. We hates it. We hates it forever. And I speak plurally, for my coworkers almost without exception. And the managers try but are not convincing anyone that they really like it.
