Grants from Pepsi?

I seem to have gotten myself on a mailing list for Pepsi (I think I agreed to be spammed in exchange for entering a competition or something a long time ago), and I just got an email from them about a series of grants they're offering (unfortunately, the recipients will be decided by popular vote, rather than by an objective panel).
