janetmiles at 10:57am on 25/03/2009I've decided that I might as well use LJ as a repository for notes I've taken (at panels, for example). These, on "web accessibility", were taken in December 2000.
I'd be very interested to hear from current web experts as to whether they think this has changed over time and, if so, how.
ETA: That is, if how people respond to web pages has changed in the last nine years since I took the notes posted in the link.
