A poetry fishbowl is kind of like a Mongolian barbecue: you provide a prompt, and Ysabet writes poetry around it. My prompt (at least my first prompt) this month is, "Whatever happened to the cow that Jack traded for the magic beans?"
Once poetry is written, if you want to sponsor (buy) a poem, she posts it and you get non-exclusive reprint rights. She posts one freebie poem every month, and if there's a new donor or prompter, she posts a second freebie. There are more perks; you can see them at her post.
